Vertical packaging
VFFS (Vertical Form-Fill-Seal) machines form the package from a film roll, dose the product and seal the bag in a single working cycle. We supply and integrate Essegi machines and Concetti FFS systems — for free-flowing, powder, granulated and liquid products.
Operating principle

Forming
The film roll is guided through the forming collar, which shapes it into a tube.

Longitudinal seal
The film is sealed lengthways — forming a closed sleeve of the set diameter.

Dosing
The product is fed into the sleeve according to the set dosing system.
04
Cross seal
The bag is sealed at the bottom and top — cut and discharged as a finished package.
